June 10 2026: The closer I get to August, the more nervous I am to live in a college campus dorm for the first time. I've never lived away from home for very long...very scary for me. I have to keep myself from thinking about it too hard or else I'll probably get cold feet.
May 31 2026: Looking at the prices of gaming PC components hurts my soul. My current laptop is getting kind of slow with newer games (it has a 1650 Ti, which isn't the worst but it's also not the best) and there's no way I can afford to build one in this economy. sighhhhh.
May 28 2026: My Aigis nendoroid came in today! I really wanted her as soon as they announced she was getting a remake.
May 27 2026: Every so often I go and clear out old and unwanted posts from my tumblr, and it's always a big pain in the butt. Curse my terminally online high school self. She really shouldn't have been reblogging so much stuff back then. My primary reason for cleaning up posts is because I like to have a clean, local backup of my blog, and right now, it's kind of messy. I've still got 2 more years to go through...
May 27 2026: Something I really wish I could get my hands on but are stupidly rare to the point that I only know one person who owns them are these Alien Encounter Pogs. Such absurd items that exist in our reality (did Disney make these before Alien Encounter failed? Was it after? What compelled them to make Pogs for a theme park attraction? These spark so many questions).
There was actually a lot of really weird merchandise that Disney decided to make for Alien Encounter. They made the obvious toys that most attractions have (I am a proud owner of the alien figure), but then they had like...pens, pogs, and watches. What. Literally who was buying those.
May 26 2026: Debating on if bringing my Sunday NenDoll out in public would be a good idea. Like, I think it would be cute to take photos of him when I'm out and about, but...I don't really trust myself to not lose him somewhere :(
May 26 2026: I ended up finally biting the bullet and got Ruby off Sonicwire. She's the one Vocaloid I wanted where I can't even be sure she'll still be around in a few months, since PowerFX (or at least the part of the current company that cared about Vocaloid) is dead.
May 18 2026: My friend sent me an invite to try out Deadlock. Once Steam finishes downloading it, I can't wait to try it out! It looks fun from the clips I've seen of it.
May 14 2026: That June Disney trip cannot get here soon enough...I know it's almost June but it feels like it's so long from now... I always hate waiting for vacations because I feel like that one scene from My Life as a Teenage Robot when Jenny is sitting on the bed with the alarm because they don't get here any quicker with me being impatient.
May 13 2026: I bought a bunch of CDs from the store the other night. They're some of my favorite albums, and I'm really happy to have them on CD now. I got them ripped to .FLAC so I can have the high quality rips on my laptop. I hope I can find the rest of my favorite albums soon when I'm out and about. I haven't had much luck yet.
